On Monday the 31st Kathy, Skye & I headed with the trailer down south of Darby to the Sam Billings Memorial Campground on Boulder Creek. On Tuesday we hiked to the Broulder Creek Falls. It was a little farther than I thought it would be and then we had to hustle out as the thunderstorms were heading our way. It would have been nice to spend a bit of time in the swimming hole below the falls, but lightening takes presedence. We barely got back to the campground when the skies opened up and it poured for several hours and then on & off during the night. We had planned for a week but we had to pack up on Wednesday as my mom's health took a turn for the worse.
